Given the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the significant market downturns which have resulted, we want to reassure you that we are taking this very seriously. As always, our clients’ best interest is our number-one motivator. We’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in our office while also minimizing the disruption to our day-to-day operations to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

In an effort to combat the outbreak and reduce the spread of the virus, we are implementing safe practices suggested from both state and federal government agencies.

  • To maintain the social distancing protocol, we are moving meetings with Grant and our team to phone calls, video-conferencing or Facetime. Earlier this year, we implemented a tele-communications system which is a great way to interact with Grant face-to-face without risking the spread of the virus or leaving the comfort of your home. We can send or receive emails and faxes to get you prepared for your online meeting with Grant.
  • We are cleaning our office space as efficiently and often as possible.
  • If you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who is ill, please stay home and get care.
  • We’re here to serve our clients and are keeping the health and well-being of everyone top priority.

Many individuals contacting our office right now for consultations are concerned about further losses in the market. In times like these, it’s incredibly important that you don’t just have a portfolio but that you have a plan. We understand that these are uncertain days. However, these circumstances are not new to us, and for over 36 years, we have been helping valued clients just like you prepare for and enjoy retirements – no matter what the markets do.

Thank you for your continued support during this uncertain time. This situation will pass eventually and normal life will be restored. We will all come out stronger than before if we work together and all be part of a solution. As always, you can always contact us with any questions or concerns.

Stay healthy and wash your hands!

Best wishes,

The Pinehurst Capital Team
